It's recital month....how SWEET!

As we head into our Sweet 16 Recital, it's hard to believe another dance season is coming to a close! This year has been filled with growth, friendships, hard work, and so many special moments in the studio. We are incredibly proud of every dancer and cannot wait to watch them shine on the big stage as we celebrate 16 wonderful seasons of The Dance House. Thank you for being part of our dance family and for sharing this journey with us. We look forward to an exciting recital week and celebrating all that our dancers have accomplished this year!

July 7 4-week Summer Session begins

All dancers are invited to participate in our recital finales and have been learning the choreography during their regular classes. On Monday, June 15th, we will hold finale rehearsals at The Dance House so dancers can practice the finale routines together as a group for the first time.

• 5:15–5:45 PM – Mini Movement Finale Rehearsal

(This special performance will take place just before intermission during the Saturday show.)

• 6:00–6:45 PM – Friday Show Finale Rehearsal

• 6:45–7:30 PM – Saturday Show Finale Rehearsal

Please note that these studio rehearsals are separate from the finale stage rehearsals that will take place during dress rehearsals at the Medina Performing Arts Center. Finale participants should attend both their studio finale rehearsal and their scheduled stage rehearsal.

The guide also includes dancer call times and information about theater entry for families. Take a few minutes to review it now and refer back to it throughout the month to help ensure a smooth and successful recital experience.

To participate in the recital, all dance accounts must be paid in full by Thursday, June 6th.

You can view your account balance and make a payment through your Parent Portal. If you have any questions regarding your account or need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help before recital week arrives.

Summer will be here before you know it, and we can't wait! Our summer classes and camps are packed with fun and are a great way for dancers to stay active, continue building skills, and even try something new.

Be sure to check out our lineup of weekly classes and themed camps, available on our website's Classes page, posted on the studio bulletin boards, and linked here in the newsletter.

Don't forget—Early Bird pricing is available through June 15th, so be sure to register early and save! Online registration is now open, and we look forward to dancing with you this summer.

Auditions for our award-winning Company teams will be held on Tuesday, June 16th. If your dancer is interested in taking their training and performance opportunities to the next level, we encourage you to learn more about our Company program.

Families who are new to Company and would like additional information are invited to attend an informational parent meeting on Tuesday, June 9th at 6:15 PM.

A mandatory parent meeting for all dancers auditioning for Company will be held on Tuesday, June 16th at 7:00 PM.
